Really lovely place, service is awesome. Pizza is delicious. They offer takeaway. Pet friendly. Also really good cheesecake.

Very nice selection of beers and a great menu.The pizza bases are super, just wish there was a tad less cheese on them.The cheese burger and chicken curry were awesome!Very attentive and friendly service and a lovely beer garden with plenty of comfy seating and a playground for kids.They are dog-friendly too. We'll definitely go back!

My husband and I had a lovely dining experience at Mama Rita.We got there a little late,but the team was very welcoming.A small cosy Italian setting with great service and yummy food!Pizzas with a thin crispy base and tasty topping combinations.Very authentic!My dessert was a take away and a tad disappointing.But otherwise we were super happy.Keep up the good service!

If you visit Gansbaai and miss the opportunity to taste the Mushroom soup at Mama Rita's, plan your next trip back! My favourite restaurant since they opened. Never disappointed with the quality of the food and the presentation.

Best pizza in town. Diverse and interesting menu – from burgers and pizzas to steaks and curries. Friendly owners and staff. Stunning outdoor seated area and play area for kids. My dogs were welcomed with open arms! Highly recommend.

This is our second time at the Beer Garden and our experience has been again wonderful. The food is carefully prepared, the pizzas are full of flavour. Beer on tap was perfect too. Next time we are on the Whale Coast we are certainly coming back!

A new name and new management, new menu and new style. Not the typical south african food, but a very nice experience. Creative, tasty and good value. Very internationally inspired.

Great experience, food and staff was lovely! Dirty burger was juicy and filling, chips not the best. Pizza was also great!!!

Absolutely delicious pizza. Like wow. We had the biltong and Brie pizza, in addition to a steak. The steak was good, if a bit overcooked. The chimichurri was a great compliment to it.As far as beers, the Whale Coast Brewing selection was fine, and they have bigger commercial options as well.But the pizza was an absolute shining star. I’ll be thinking about this pizza for weeks.
