Paws & Claws Pet Resort

Where do I even begin... Sunel and her team looked after my very special cat for over four months while he was being readied to fly to Switzerland. She managed all the vet appointments, took care of all the applications, booked the flights for me and communicated directly with the import company in Zürich. She was so incredibly efficient and such a pleasure to work with, and she was always on time! My cat wasn't stuck in South Africa for even a moment longer than what was planned! Whilst doing all of this she also took care to keep my beloved cat lovingly looked after in her very well run cat hotel. My cat got to interact with other social cats, her staff members and even her family members. Sunel's husband custom made a beautiful, large box for the flight and gradually introduced it so that when it came time for the flight my cat was as prepared as much as possible. There are no words in any language that can truly describe how grateful I am for everything that she has done for us. We actually went all the way from the Western Cape so that we could use Paws and Claws together with Aloe Vet for the emigration, and it was well worth the effort. If you are planning to leave SA and need to take your animals with you, use Paws and Claws!!!

I can definitely recommend boarding your pets at this facility as it is more than adequate. Furthermore they are very caring, kind and the facility itself is extremely equipped to house the pets in comfort. I would highly recommend making use of their services for peace of mind while abroad. They also have a really solid relationship with a vet (my favorite vet) which just adds to peace of mind whilst the animals are left in their care. They know they more than just pets" to us."

Highly recommend Paws & Claws for the relocation of pets to the UK! Chloe took us patiently through every step. It was almost 3 months before our fur children could join us & they looked after them so well, including crate training. Bailey & Rafiki arrived safely, happy & relaxed, life is so much better having them with us again!!

I cannot express my gratitude enough toward Paws & Claws for organsing the relocation of my treasured dog, Max, from South Africa to Brisbane, Australia. Sunel and Chloe were excellent from the start, mapping out Max's timeline, handling all administration and communicating with us at all stages. During the actual transfer, they provided photos and regular updates on Max's progress, which really helped to calm an anxious dog mommy. Max is now safe, sound and settled in his new home. Absolutely fantastic service!!!Sunel, Chloe and their team looked after our adorable and gentle cat very well for 4.5 months from the very moment when we left SA. The resort's very beautiful and well-run. Our cat enjoyed its stay at the place. They sent us pictures of our cat every week. I cannot explain the friendly and efficient service I got from this company! If I could rate them 10 stars I would! They helped us with all that needed doing to get our cat over and kept us up to date every step of the way! There was no need to ask for updates from them as they communicated everything so efficiently!

Paws & Claws is our favorite place to leave our dogs. The service is amazing, the dogs love being there and we received picture updates from the staff.The dogs go on walks, there is a pool area for the dogs to enjoy.Couldn't recommend this wonderful place more.
