Dis-Chem Pharmacy Mall Of The South - Aspen Hills

I will no longer support dischem because of their racist policy regarding hiring of white people and i will call everyone i know to do the same....if whites arent good enough for you then so is my white money not going be spent there either

Went to Dischem Mall of the South, yesterday.We had the worst experience. There were no ventilation/ aircons in the shop. We stood in a que at the self medication for 15 min without moving. With the suffocating heat we decided to pay for the other items and leave the medication.Being thirsty we were excited to get to the fridges in the que and grab a cold water/cold drink only to find the fridges weren't cold at all.I have no idea why the shop decided on these hot conditions, but it was terrible as a customer to get slow/ no service and horrible heat to shop in.

We have apointments for vaccination and were turned away on friday. Told to come Monday morning at 7 am. Arrived before 7 am on Monday morning and waited in an already long queue. Venue doors were opened and people queued inside the venues. A person came into the venues and in an extremely rude manner chased everyone out of the venues, at the same time creating chaos with the queue. My arriving before 7 am was completely nulified. I am appalled by the treatment that I have had from ththis venue and the rude person, whoever he was

This Dischem has the worst pharmacists one can find. They are the most unhelpful and wonder if they are even qualified to serve behind those counters.Some of them should just not be working at a pharmacy.

I had ordered my prescription medicine to be pre-packed. When I had arrived to collect, I was informed that the medication was not available. Seeing that it was pre-ordered. Would it have killed anyone to pick up the phone to inform me and offer me a generic form? That too was not offered to me in person even after speaking to the manager himself.

What a a Dis-Chem experience. The shop is very neat with very good service. I needed assistance and it was there. I am sorry i did not take his name but he assisted me with what i needed. Later on went to look for him, found him and again assisted me with advice. Help is always around. Thank you Dis-Chem. What a lovely shopping experience. Everything under one roof with assistance always around. A Dis-Chem that can be visited for a excellent shopping experience

Complete waste of time. Your appointment with the clinic means nothing, you still sit and wait for over an hr and then get told that they can't assist you. Well never support them again. It's become a system, and only a system. I never had a problem in George

What is the point of making a booking when we have to wait nearly half an hour? So grateful for the receptionist who at least helped entertain my child... Was such a huge help.

I booked online for a Discovery vitality health check and went in for my appointment. The lady at the front desk of the clinic indicated that she could not see my booking and told me what I should have done which is call them to book or come to the store to book. I tried to tell her, her name is Kootso Mokgatlhe (customer consultant), that I have an sms confirming my booking and that vitality said that I can book online. She was not bothered and I told her that I don't like the manner in which she is speaking to me and her body language. She left me speaking and went on to assist other customers. I therefore requested to see the manager, who came, he's a white male. I explained to him what happened and he too was not bothered, maybe if I was white he would have taken my concerns seriously. Needless to say, I did manage to do my health check. The nurse was very sweet and she actually, after requesting that I show her my booking confirmation, realised that my booking was actually for the following day. Had Kootso been patient enough for me to show her my sms, the above could have been avoided.
