Checkers Neighbourhood

First time I've been here and I'm super impressed!!! There are so many little things that set this checkers apart from the others I've been to. I was extremely impressed by the Honey on Tap.... Not something I've seen before. The deli is also quite different from others, I don't think I've seen other delis offer cake slices. And the little Gingerbread Houses were too cute!

We switched from Pick n Pay to Checkers and have been going to the store for several years. Store well stocked, clean, friendly staff, great goodies like the meat deli, sushi, ready cooked meals.

It is a beautiful place to visit. Has lots of activities for the children. Great place to walk around and be safe. The hotel room was very nice and comfortable. BUT the chalets are shocking. Needs lots of maintenance and crockery cutlery, well what can one say. Booked a chalet for a family of 5. That was a big joke. One bedroom and a sleeper couch which wasn't big enough for 2 kids let alone 3. Oh they were kind enough to book a hotel room for the older child. The cleaning service well what can one say SO no tip was left. The management needs a serious wake up call. How do you expect your staff to function properly when you couldn't be bothered. The rot starts at the top. I could go on and on but what's the point nothing will change. What a pity because it's a beautiful resort.

Incredible Isles layout, fresh produce, quick service and friendly cashiers. Would definitely pop around when in the area

The lady who was on duty at the Cafe on 1 February 2023 was the rudest person I have ever encountered. She literally treated me like dirt. Highly disappointed in the way you treat your customers. Definitely not coming back.

This is a very convenient shopping center and it's not far from my residence.I love visiting the Center.

A larger Checkers on a good location with free parking. Need to up their range of fish, mutton and pet products, but good selection of hot and cold foods, groceries eggs and bathroom products

One of the upgraded Checkers, but is it my imagination or are the aisles getting narrower ... Does not make for a good shopping experience and layout of fridges at entry side not user friendly and hinder flow through the shop. Otherwise nice and clean, and shelves well-stocked.

Lovely store to shop at. Very clean staff very helpful & friendly sorry I don't have my own transport which would enable me to do my shopping there more often. Thanks.
