Very nice Gated complex , best facilities around. Really great security. This group of Townhouses has increased immensely in value. The neighborhood is developing nicely and the city is developing the land next door. Great place to rent with a good well managed body corporate in place. Shops and schools close by. I would recommend this place to any one looking to invest or rent.!!

The place is fairly nice for accommodation if you are looking for a temporary habitat.Moved in with the intentions of staying there permanently but had quite a couple of unpleasant issues within 1 month.1. Not sufficient parking bays for visitors considering the number of tenants in the complex2. Security has many loopholes, 3 break ins in 1 month and no permanent solution put in place to minimize or ensure criminals stay outside. Sometimes Security guys work more than 1 straight double shift, now you can imagine their level of alertness considering the fact they have limited resources to detect or identify risk or threat.3. Ventilation inside rooms is poor.4. Main gates sensors occasionally malfunctions resulting in gate closing while you still pulling out.5. Last but not least outsiders allowed to come inside without consent of the tenants.

A safe and quiet complex with a mix of families at different life stages. Ideal for kids. Lots of parking for guests and very attractive houses.

Absolutely poor after sales service and living conditions are non compliant ito OHASACinrinuwa plumbing issuess leaks, electrical problems, buildings crumbling , floods inside and out on balconies, unsatinary plumbing conditions left for minimum 5 days until images are submitted, noise by revving vehicles and rudeness and unprofessional treatment by Management agents Millward ang King, namely Gwehtholine and Crystal Mauritz, poor quality plastic cheap fixtures , no coneen for fanilies wity children in damp wet conditions with roofs cavingin in and revently communicated that they do not have the funds for any further repairs which they are responsible for. Pests breading as a result of repair plumbing work not attended roaince July 2020No communication from the Body Corp. Lack of any care or involvement from the BC and RPF.Unprofessional and suspicious behaviour from rental consultants on site for hoursFor personal reasons.dishonest , unprofessional, unreliable behaviour specifically by rental consultant Crystal Mauritz.I wouldn't advise anyone to consider renting at The Plams, Ottery.

A good looking complex. Quiet and Friendly people

Since moving in there has been problem after problem with the bad building of this place and there has never been piece of mind,it seems like everything in the place is either broken or is busy breaking..there has been a recent break in within the complex and still nothing has been done to up the security of the place to give you piece of mind.for anyone wanting tomove in here ,plz dont let the outside fool you

This was my first time visiting the complex as my friends (a young couple) moved in. The complex is very neat and clean from what I can tell. The security is also strict upon entering (as it should be). The flat is nice and spacious. They also have a nice view. They have access to visitors parking which is nice to have. This complex seems nice for those seeking some peace and quiet but also occasionally enjoy having people over for a chilled day and/or evening.

This is currently my place of work, I'm work night shift only enjoy my time here
