HI Temp Solar Heating

Great product, great team and excellent service delivery.The pool heating has allowed us to use the pool more often & the PVC pool cover has given us peace of mind when our kids are running around.I would highly recommend Hi Temp.

I'd like to summarize for the public in a few simple words. THIS ORGANISATION IS RUBBISH (at solar pool heating). i have lost approximately 2k in water owing to poor workmanship. I have had to pay a few thousand to have the system reconfigured by a pool technician. poor response from company overall. take my advice and look elsewhere.

What a shocking experience. Unfortunately for a technician to come out, one has to pay upfront(that should be warning bells enough) R2000.00 no less. Well, bottom line is that the heat controller box ceased as we had told Hi-temp (we just wanted a replacement), but we were told that a technician would still have to come out and that the R2k would cover his call out fee, together with servicing and re-gassing and yes, as per the quote some parts. Well, the technician arrives , and determines that we need a new controller box (wow, news to me hey!) so no point in servicing without the heat controller box. Well, it has been down hill ever since. We have requested a refund and have been met with lots of excuses, the main one is that the owner of Hi Temp, Dominic Symes, now lives overseas in Texas. I asked to be cc'd into the emails requesting my refund ( still waiting). So a month has passed and I call only to be told , Oh well

Awesome, Fast service with amazing prices

Worst service. Poor workmanship. Quote hurried, was told it would definitely fit my pool as the blanket gets sent larger than actual size and is cut to size at site. Well blanket too small. Only told 'sorry' and left with problem. No offer to rectify.DISGRACEFUL.

No ownership of problems, poor feedback from management, do not resolve their problems leaving customer to repair shoddy workmanship themselves.
