I have been struggling since day 1.Every form I had to fill out twice since it seems their online platform and company are somehow not linked.Thereafter, we always pay well before the 1st of every month yet we were charged a late fee as the office forgot to send their property managers proof of our first payment. I have now had to call the property management company after mailing them 4 times with no response as to why I am being charged additional fees.I have informed Storageworx multiple times about this but they seem to not be bothered to actually do something.I am starting to understand why such a beautiful storage space isn't full. I warn my friends, family and anyone reading this to rather go to another company for storage because the extra stress is just not worth it. I could be black listed for an account that I have been paying on time and get set back completely on my credit record. It is just not worth it.

The service levels are above and beyond. The property neat and tidy, and employees kind, helpful and trust worthy..very well maintained.
