The hospital is very clean

My mother in law was admitted and we couldnt visit her due to covid, every day we would call and check upon her switch board operator has very good communication skills and customer friendly his Name was Thulani if I am not mistaken . The Nurses at female ward high care were very helpful we were calling daily and every time they kept us updated about the situation until she was discharged they were never irritated the way we were calling it was non stop.On the 8th of October we went for her review at OPD Service is excellent. Elderly people don't join the queue, they are being prioritized. Social distancing is taking place and the staff is friendly and very helpful. Pharmacy staff and Doctors are working well together. I had to go back to the Dr to change white form to pink and it was so quickly. They keep their time management as they stated that waiting period maximum is three hours. My mother in law was very impressed while waiting for her medication. Securities are friendly including admin staff. Issuing of files is fast and you dont wait at all. Hospital is so clean and well equipped. I was very impressed to see such amazing service in a rural hospital. Keep up the good work. God bless you guys for working so hard in saving people's lives.

Hospital not too busy

Our granny was admitted here, she is recovering at home now.

A well equipped hospital in a rural area cleanliness hospitality to thenurses and security my nephew has no legs and she has been admitted to this hospital but each time we visited her wefind her in a good and becoming manner thanks montebello staff at large please ontinue with your good work

Not bad for a government hospital situated in a rural precinct

Service is good I loved all the staff nurse they love their work they do they are quick in serving the patients and what I noticed was the cleanest of the hospital I think the management of the hospital is doing great job
