It was my first time coming in for cleaning and an overall examination due to having some pain and Mr Dorasamy and the team were extremely friendly and informative. I will definitely be coming in to follow up and would gladly recommend Dr Preeyan and Associates.

My experience to Dr Preeyan's surgery was amazing. All his staff are friendly and professional. Dr Preeyan is very experienced and provides exceptional service. He keeps patients informed of the process and procedure. His commitment to patient care is noteworthy. His assistant Miss Sivalingum also makes your visit very comforting and exposes great patient care. Well done to Dr Preeyan and his team!!

I visited Dr Padayachee’s room in anticipation of curing a nasty tooth ache. Lo and behold, i was not disappointed. The team were very professional in examining and providing solutions by priority. The staff and the Doctor himself were exceptionally professional and made my experience a pleasing one. I highly recommend Dr Padayachee for all of your dental needs and you can be assured that you will be treated with kindness, in a clean and friendly environment.

Been going to Dr Preeyan since 13 years old and he removed all three of my wisdom teeth. His interlect was spot on and he provided me with the best care ever !!!His team was also very polite and friendly !!! Dr Preeyan and his team have made my experience at the dentist pleasant.I'll keep going to him and I only trust him with all of my dental care!!!

Received professional and quick assistance from the team. From the staff at the desk (Shanice)who gave me professional advice and fast feedback regarding my cover pertaining to my medical aid cover. Also was treated with the Kindest doctor who did the operation for me (Miss Sivalingum) who gave me assurance of what needs to be done in confidence and professionalism. My treatment was done efficiently and with my dentistry issues been taken care off 100%. Will definitely recommend to anyone seeking a dental practice to go to.

Visited this dentist in November 2022. Had some issues and was advised I need a wisdom tooth removed as it was moving in the incorrect direction. After having a cleaning done the wisdom started behaving in the next couple of weeks and my issue was no more. Last Tuesday when I started to experience the discomfort again I called in to make an appointment for extraction to be done.I asked all the questions I needed to. Payment, consult extra fees time it would take. I was told that there would be no extra payments, no co payment and it would be very quick as it was just one tooth. I got there 5 mins before my appointment. Name given, I took a seat 20 mins later someone is screaming my name get up go to the counter, they can't find my file. Eventually I hear the lady at front desk Authorising my visit. They had no record of my appointment or what I was there for i had to answer numerous questions. Along with being told Consult is a R100 if I dont have treament today. Now because I knew there were no payments I didn't make provisions for this. Get called to the chair. Someone who I'm not sure is a dentist, does a check up. Tells me I need to have another xray done, and then they can perform the extraction. Med aid doesn't cover and I don't have cash. Oh it been four moths since your last xray, things in the mouth change. She offered to speak to someone and help me out. Which I appreciate. Comes back says you have two filling to do, do that now with your extraction and they won't charge for the xray. Ok great I agreed. Finally 55 minutes after I arrived for this appointment we were making headway. This lady comes back and asks if I was advised of a co payment for the wisdom extraction and I nearly lost my head, had she not been as polite as she was, I would've blew the roof of this office. I showed her the call logs of the conversations I had confirming that there was no co payments and she went out came back in and then says there has to be a R200 co payment for the extraction. So I got up to leave. I was prepared to pay for the consult, which she opted to waiver. I went home. I can't tell you how disgusted I am after this consultation. I understand that theses people are there to make money, everyone is. But this really was something else. The unprofessional up and down to get more information and the incorrect information given to me for this process was ridiculous. And Dr Preeyan was not consulting, as I've heard many times. This dentist should be called Dr Padaychee's Associates! Won't be going here again . TRAIN YOUR STAFF!!!

Professional and commendable service. Special mention to Dr Dorsamy who made the process easy and made sure to guide me through everything he was doing. As well as the friendly staff at the front desk. Simone was super kind and polight. Keep up the great work.
