that was by far the biggest disappointment we've had in the last 20 years. have bought 14 properties over the years, all without problems. But here with Farell Kelman from Pam Golding Sea Point it was a nightmare after nightmare. Not even on 2 visits it was possible for him to meet both of us. We have our agent from REMAX Jann Gill who manages all our properties. She contacted Farell and sold the penthouse in Sea Point. We are currently living in Germany and have now been 2 times during the sale through to the transfer and farell has not even attempted to meet us. We are the customers and through us he gets his commission. not even a bottle of champagne when the apartment was in our name. Nothing absolutely nothing at all and sold at 4.3 million Rand. So that was by far the worst service with absolutely no interest in the buyer and the consequences and problems that a sale can bring with it. And we still having problems with the seller. The property knowlegde from Farrel is really poor, even i got more knowledge about all regarding property sales. At the time Farrel toke over the sale aggrement from the seller he should had notice that the lift was not working. He should ask the seller if there are any hidden damages. He should had a look at the roof terrace. At the Jacuzzi. He even had no idea that it is a heated Jacuzzi , he didnt knew it was not even working.Because he does not care about nothing. As our Remax Agent lady Jann Gill was only aloud to enter the place in a rush it was no time to see all of the place. So when i flew down i was not alloud to stay at the place even the offer was accepted and the first payments arrived already in South Africa. we ask many time if there is all ok with the place and Farrell only could say all is ok. after we found all out about hidden problems he always send a messages that he try his best. and his best was that he did nothing. He really does not have balls to deal with problems. We had over 150.000 rand cost for water damages and the not working Lift will leave us with around 200.000 rand and even more. So if you ever need to buy a place in Cape town please dont use Farrell from Pam Golding. Our Agent lady from Remax Jann Gill is a top sales person and renting out Queen. So from now on if you see a place you like to buy have no further look then her who is a top selling agency. In this kind of job it is not only to get the commision, it is far more about that..... so we still hanging in all this problems as he was not able to make sure he did a good job.Verry disapointing all
