Very disappointing service. I scheduled an appointment for my puppy. The day of the appointment no calls are answered or no sort of communication.

So happy I found The Pet Parlour! From my first enquiry to the time I fetched Honey, I was blown away by the customer service. Kyle was incredibly communicative and helpful and very patient with me and my questions and requests. Honey came out looking absolutely gorgeous and beautifully groomed and I feel like she is in the best hands possible going there :) Am definitely going to be a regular.

Very kind responsive and communicative service. My two Yorkies went there for the first time of never being cut and the team handles them professionally and with love and care. The Yorkie stylist knows exactly what she is doing. I will be a very happy return customer

Kyle and his team at The Pet Parlour were absolutely fantastic! They took really good care of my new baby Kevin and shared much of their knowledge which I was very grateful for as a first time dog owner. Their care is personalised and I couldn't have asked for better.

Kyle took our German Shepherd at short notice, took the time to settle her so well and when we went to collect her he was even walking her around the parking lot. Excellent service at amazing prices. Thanks so much!

I booked my cat in at 9.45 tried making contact for an update on my cay. At 12.45 we arrive to fetch the cat and the cat was not washed.I called the owner who apologized for the bad service and rushed to sort the cat out. They rushed to wash my cat and he wasn't dried completely resulting in him leaving damp and it was cold. 3 days later my cat is sick with the flu bcoz of their negligence.I would never recommend this place for cats as it's not separate. My cat was traumatized having to be surrounded by dogs. Very unprofessional service.

Awesome service. My jack Russell left bright and white and tail wagging. The owner has so much love for all the dogs who comes through the doors. My new go to spot with Jack. Friendly staff too.
