The most horrible service ever....I dnt know if the guy is the owner or what but yeeeey......arrogance on 100.....

Took a bag in to fix the handle (I asked to just patch a 1cm piece of the handle that was torn), they cut off both handles and put another (yellow) color handle on. So, my R450 handbag is a total mess up.One month later, I am still waiting for them to fix and finish my bag.(And unfortunately I am forced to select a star to get this posted... they don't deserve the mention of a star)

Rude staff and unfriendly people.

Nobody in the shop !!! 10.36 am and there's nobody

Terrible service.A man, so called the owner according to the lady that is working there, was sitting on a high chair on his cellphone, didn't lift his eyes from the cellphone or him self from the chair.Him and the lady didn't greet.The lady was very rude and told me he is the owner.I ask him about the vacuum machine and still on his phone he showed with his finger to the price on the board.I said to him there is no price.He was very irretable by the questions I ask him about the machine,and still on his phone he shortly and clearly very irretated told me I must put water in the machine.I told them they are very unpleasant and I want the cell number of the owner or manager.Again the lady said the shop is a franchise and the man on his cellphone is the owner.So I want to pay with a debit card and in a very rude manner the lady said she is not taking cards under a R100.00.So I told her there is no notice up to say that.So she argue with me and I said I have no cash and I need to pay by debit card.She was rudelessly talking to the man in their laguage.Needles to say I left there a very unhappy customer.I've heard a lot of people in town complaining about the shop assistance attitude.This was more or less the 9th of January on a Saturday.I really hope that the real owner or manager would look into the shop assustance behavior.Thank you.
