NAILICIOUS NAIL AND BEAUTY SALON

The service here is poor and I’ll never come back. The guy that runs the place lacks serious management style.I arrived at 14:30 and saw there was quite a bit of people waiting already but I was okay with that and decided to wait. I waited an hour before anyone was available to attend to me. More people came in after me and while I was soaking nails off, those people got attended. I waited another 30 minutes after soaking waiting for someone to do my nails. Eventually every other person who came in after me was getting their nails done and at this point I decided to leave without my nails getting done after the manager tells me his almost done with another client who came in after me by the way and will attend to me. Arrived at 14:30 and at 16:53 my nails were still not done.Nail techs don’t seem to know how to do all things nail types that are offered on the list which means the waiting time gets worse and worse.I had been going here regularly but this was my last time going there. Poor service is a turn off.

I got my nails done not so long ago and I was happy with the results but extremely unhappy and irate with the service. Your price for nails is R280 yet I was overcharged for what reason I still don't know. That is extremely unprofessional and when it was time to pay I was then informed that the card machine does not work. Will never ever be doing my nails at your store ever again. Extremely tacky treatment!!!!! Learn to stick to the correct prices and be more professional!!! What was worse was that the nail tech Natasha tried to bribe me into buying her alcohol, brutal fruit to be exact just because I was friendly and young she thought I was going to be easy to push around, and she was the one who over charged me and had them write down that I had a pedicure soak off and nail art done on my toes when all I did was my nails, Absolutely pathetic and disgusting staff!!! Please don't go there

What an awful experience, if I could give them a minus 10 I would—I made an appointment for 12, I get there the guy directs me to have a seat doesn’t say how long they will be nothing. I wait for1 hour 20minutes. Finally I get my nails done which took him a further 2hours and 25minutes. every time someone walked in or had to pay he would go and assist. After this unprofessionalism he then says I need to draw cash as their machine isn’t working.

I had the misfortune of visiting your branch late Friday afternoon (1 April 2022). The tech that I had had her mask half on the entire time was picking her nose and carried on with my nails and I found that she had transferred snot onto my hand. Absolutely disgusting. I cut my appointment short because I was so Ill and didn’t want a nail infection. You need to ramp up your hygiene before your staff give people the flu or nail infections.

Nomuhle did my blue coffin shaped nails and I’m completely in love with them. She was dedicated, focused, patient and maintained a positive attitude throughout and listened to my requests. Her work is of high quality because she paid attention to every nail and made sure they came out perfect.

So unprofessional. This salon is in shambles. I usually don't write reviews but I have never been this unhappy with nails ever. I had an appointment at 16:30 and was told to wait for someone to be available for me. After 40 minutes I finally got attended to. The woman doing my nails did a poor job. Filing nails skew, very messy french tips. I only left the salon at 19:28pm. I had to just file and paint them at home because of how embarrassing they are. Just don't waste your time here.

Always ready to help and the quality is fantastic! Really loved coming to get my nails done!

The service is absolutely terrible, got to the nail bar around 11 in the morning the gentleman at the reception told me I must wait 20 mins and he'll call me stepped out to go get something to eat and 20 mins passed with no call when l came back there were new clients in front of me and he did not even acknowledge me. Shocking!
