Terrible experience with Bicycle Express, especially Zain. I brought in my mother’s bicycle in May 2021 to get it serviced. Zain told me he could sell it for me. A few months later I’d not heard back from him. After trying to contact him repeatedly I finally got through, at which point he asked me to be patient and wait a few more months. Since then every time I call him he gives me a long runaround story telling me it’s in storage or it’s been sold but waiting for the purchaser to collect it and pay the cash. I’ve been back to the shop but it was closed at the time. I’m certain he’s sold the bike and kept the cash for himself.

Great little bike shop that excelled my expectations. Bought a bike from them a few months back and had my newly bought bike frame and parts assembled by them albeit skeptical on working a S-Works bike. They done a great job overall and always keen to help. Big thumbs up to Zain and Sam (mechanic) for their continued service excellence. Only negative is they accept cash only at the moment which is only of my pet peeves dealing with 3/4 digit figures coming to payment. Jono

He is the most unprofessional service provider.I paid him and he put the wrong tube on my bicycle tyre ,it burst and went to confront him and was so rude to me,.his racist too doesnt view all skin color as the same customers.he needs to have good customer service,and be frank if he cant get the job done.

Bought an old rebuilt bicycle from here about a year ago. It has been fantastic. Goes like a steam train and really didnt pay much for it. Really helpful and friendly shop too!

I got scam-scare by Zain. He is friendly, but I am not 100% sure how honest or transparent the practices are. I tried selling a bike I brought from him which I'd been using for a month. He promised I'd get the original amount. Then months later when I hadn't heard anything from him, I contacted him. He replied it was being sold soon, but I could already come collect the cash (how does that work?), but suddenly said there would be deductions for advertising fees, which he never mentioned at first. I stood my ground and we agreed that I could collect the original amount that morning. My fiance came an hour later to collect the cash like agreed, and Zain refused to give him anything. The story has a happy ending, Zain called the following day to apologize and I did get the cash back, so I'm happy, but it was a strange experience.

Underrated lil shop definitely surpass my expectation. Took my ‘21 enduro rig there on 3 occasions, from fixing the dropper to bleeding the brakes and overall service of the bike and the mechanic makes her feel brand new! Bonus is both owner and mechanic are super friendly.
