Went in this week to get an upgrade and as always the service was great. Robin, one of the friendly employees, was extremely helpful. It's refreshing not having the latest product shoved down your throat and instead having your needs listened to. I may stop seeing my shrink and come here on the regular instead.

After my iPhone cable stopped working. I wanted a strong cable that will be able to keep me for long. Iké one of the employees did an incredible by recommending a cable that exceeded my expectations. I will definitely become a regular here !

Honestly I dont know where to begin, Marl Willis is absolutely amazing and the best asset to your team. The staff I'm general were super helpful but Mark was exceptional. I had 4 hours before my flight to New York and my screen had cracked and stopped working the morning, he ensured that the insurance was approved within 30 minutes and the repair done within an hour. I literally cried with joy at their quick and efficient service.

What an amazing experience!! Olinka is an absolute lifesaver. She helped me to fix up all of my accounts, saved me some money and then guided me on the next steps. Great customer service is hard to find these days but Olinka and her team at Cellucity are seriously amazing. Not all heros wear capes but all of the staff at Cellucity Waterfront are deserve praise. Brilliant service. Highly recommended. If you need a new phone, new contract or a new lease on life, go there.

If you are looking for a commercial aftermarket purchase service do not shop here after buying a durable charging cable with a 5 year warranty that stopped working after 1 month I wanted to come swop it for one that worked.Turns out they don't good service means and want to put in a lengthy process to come to a conclusion.Customer service is poor. I was going to purchase a charging station and now at least know to rather got to incredible connection that have an better easier, customer first priority and more efficient aftermarket service.So I advise all who read the review to note my experience nothing wrong with the staff it's the way the protocol is put in place.
