I will never do business with such a company that don't value they clients . I don't understand why the have whatsapp app when they read my messages and don't reply I sent pictures as well as asked for a price as wanted to sell some items. they have seen my messages over 2 hours ago but no reply very sad to see really will take my business elsewhere.

Excellent service the sales man was very friendly including the cashier as well I would recommend the store for purchase to other customers keep up the good seevice

I am one of the clients that were in the store today @ around 3:30pm... the customer service in the the store is terrible from the staff especially that they don't have respect for theirs clients... I was standing in the queue and observing their behavior towards the clients. The lady Bernice, her attitude is terrible she is ruining the image of your store. She lacks ethics . She's talking to the other staff member and another customer at the counter how she don't care about her job and the last time she almost slapped a client. That shouldn't be discussed in the front of your store. Both your front staff the lady with the red dot and Bernice lack work ethics and have a don't care attitude for their clients. Your clients are very important and if you want returning customers get correct employees to run your business!!!

This was the third and last time I'm purchasing something from this store. The first two times was a wireless mouse that didn't last more than 2 months each. I accepted it because I'd bought those knowing it is low quality, but today I bought a SanDisk USB and was told immediately after paying that there is no warranty. So I can't return or exchange it if it doesn't work. Today(07-10-2021) I tried using the USB a few hours later and it does not work. This is what I call a scam.

I bought a laptop worth 4k and when i get home it is not charging at all, at the store they plugged it in and showed charging, but the percentage doesnt increase, it says charger not compatible.What kind of service is this, the sales person assured the charger is original. Im really unhappy and should i not get help on this, im taking this on help Peter and every site you may think off

Had no problem exchanging the ps3 game. Nikita was very friendly and made sure that the counter was sanitized before assisting me.

Absolutely pathetic service from this store, I bought a ps2 from them. No one informed me that there was a no refund policy. They also refused to give me store credit. They didn't even test my console. Don't buy from this store!!! They're just thieves trying to steal your money!!!

Your security does not know how to treat or speak to customers they are extremely rude I am a business man and I was shouted at to remove my cap that I was wearing what nonsense is that but people are walking around wearing face masks wearing a cap does not make a person a criminal

Terrible service. You wait in a long queue for a long time. They want to pay R200 as a whole amount for an angle grinder ,jigsaw and a drill in perfect working condition. YOU PEOPLE ARE RIDICULOUS AND GREEDY. YOU PEOPLE ARE ROBBING CLIENTS.

Disgusting service. The Phoenix branch and Mt Edgecombe branch dont answer the telephone so it's impossible to get in touch with the stores. I have tried calling them on 5 occasions
