Loved my experience here, friendly and informative staff to assist and I got real value for money.My Huawei P30 was sent for a battery replacement, not only did they do that and clean the phone but I got a free notebook and screen protector, all that for R99. Excellent customer service, I was really pleased with the service I received from Tsegofatso when I walked in to replace the camera lens on my Huawei mobile. I only had to wait a few hours and would definitely suggest this business to anybody searching for high-quality, as-good-as-new repairs.

Extremely happy with their service. They were prompt to diagnose a fault for insurance purposes and kept me updated with all required information. They even arranged to have my hard drive with information on it to be couriered back to me. I will most definitely recommend them to anyone.

My phone screen was cracked so I sent it in for repairs, before giving the phone, they assured me that they had the parts to fix it, that it would take 2-3 days to fix it and quoted me a price. After they had my phone for a few days, they quoted me a new price (about R1 000 above the previous quoted price) and said they needed to order the parts. 2 weeks later, they said my phone was fixed but they had broken the back of my phone. This was replaced at their cost but it took another 2 days to fix. Really terrible service and poor attitude from the receptionist.

The day I brought my device in for repair, it was at 5 & they were about to close, Melissa was nice enough to allow me to leave my device & she took down my details & said that, first thing tomorrow morning, I would get an email confirming my repair & I will also be kept in the loop via email regarding the progress of my device.It all happened just the way she explained it to me & my device was ready for pick up the very next day.Melissa & DRC you guys do a phenomenal job.Thank you so much for the speedy & professional services

Excellent and prompt service. My xiaomi redmi 8 phone stopped working completely. Even though it is an older device, it was fixed within two days. I would recommend using this business - they were very helpful and kept me up to day continuously. I reserve one star as they are only open during the week, so it was difficult for me as a working person to get there to drop and collect the device. Otherwise no issues at all.

I took my device to DRC because of the ratings on Google. I dunno, maybe it's just me, but a 3 week turnaround time is not good enough. The device is fixed and working fine, but it was more expensive than other quotes I had received and took much longer to repair than expected.
