Midrand Newborn Photographer - Light Affair

I printed a huge photo of me and my kids on my wall and every morning i cant stop looking at the detail and how original the pics look im really amazed by your work helen thank you.

Unethical and sub-standard service.I made a cash smash booking with Helen for my sons 1st birthday on his actual birthday. I had paid the deposit to confirm the booking. Before paying the deposit Helen was quick to reply and confirm that she was indeed available on the day. After paying the deposit she never replied despite numerous emails and attempts to contact. She replied 3 weeks before my son's birthday saying that she now had a corporate booking and could not see us on his birthday! She first agreed to refund us but then said she would try to see if someone she trained was available. When I said that was not acceptable and we would like a refund, she refused to refund us. Stating that her clause says non-refundable even though SHE was not available to do our shoot.Since then there has again been radio silence from her. She comes across as very duplicitous. I am very disappointed in her attitude.

We had a family location shoot about a month ago and Helen was such a pleasure to work with. Quite the professional and definitely had a way with the kids. My son was so comfortable with her and she was able to get him to listen to her mark. Very quick turnaround time for shots. I'd definitely recommend Helen, and would most certainly use her again

I have never seen someone so in love with their work.Im still asking myself if helen is human cause her work is outstanding ive looked at all the photographers in midrand and no one has skills like helen does thanks alot for the wedding helen!!!!
