PROFUSION Hair Studio - Durbanville/Brackenfell Beauty Salon

I have used this salon multiple times to do my hair an waxing, but I'm really dissatisfied and disappointed in their administration. I made an appointment for today at 12pm last week and when I got to my appointment, apparently the lady who was supposed to handle my appointment, wasn't in for the day. I have planned this appointment in advance and no one had the curtesy to let me know it's canceled, I planned my day in advance just to show up to an appointment that wasn't even happening anymore. I believe things like this lose clients. And I won't make use of a salon that can't guarantee me that I'll have my scheduled appointment.

AMAZING! Great service. Even when I didnt have an appointment for my brows and they were fully booked they even helped me. And not even mentioning my hair! No hair out of place. Perfection! EXACTLY what I wanted. This experience was truely the best in the last year. They read their customers extremely well. I had a great morning of sitting and relaxing with my thoughts. And you even can order food or coffee. Thanks Lara and who ever it was that help with my brows!
