A marvelous place to visit if you enjoy feeling invisible and totally insignificant!After showing interest in a vehicle, the salesperson made zero effort to assist. No attempt to engage with me or do a sales pitch. In fact... She just walked off with another client.

Pre ownedVery very poor experience. Won't wish it on anyone. After I bought my vehicle aftersale service is almost non existing.One week later and still no one followed up with me as mentioned in the comment below.

Volvo CMH service department has poor customer service etiquette, including their service advisors and management team. Inconvenience clients, delayed updates, condescending tones and lack of apathy to female customers. In my experience, I'd suggest Tom Campher Volvo or Volvo Cars Bedfordview both have good customer service etiquette.
