I DO NOT recommend this agency!They took our deposit and didn't return it back despite the fact the owner and agent didn't have any claims to us.The agency said we have to demand money from the owner who lives overseas, but we didn't pay it to him. The owner is cheater who promised every week return our money back but never did it. We waited about two months and went to the court. After we took the paper from the court and gave it to agency and olny after that they returned our money back.Please, stay away of this agency and never rent the unit in Manhattan estate.
