Two weeks ago my doctor diagnosed that I had developed gaul stones. The stones are still small and can be treated with medication. He prescribed a certain medication and I took the script to the nearest pharmacy. I was told immediately that the medication is not available and they cannot help me. I asked them if they knew of another pharmacy that may be able to help. They could not help me.I then decided to go to the nearest pharmacy to where I stay in Northwold - Spar Pharmacy in Northwold. I gave the pharmacy assistant the script and he immediately went to the pharmicist and asked him if they have the medication in stock. They did not have it in stock but then the pharmacy assistant got on the phone ans started phoning around to find out if anyone had stock. He found a place that had some left but only enough for 10 days (the doctor prescribed enough for a 3 month course). He then assured me that he will send their driver to collect it and requested my address to have it delivered after the driver had collected the medicine from the source. He then went further to promise that he will keep on trying to find the balance of the medication somewhere.True to his word, the driver delivered the medication at my house later that afternoon and the assistant followed up with a phone call to make sure that I have received the medication. A few days later, the same pharmacy assistant called me again to report that the medication is unavailable and he asked if he could contact my doctor to prescribed an alternative medication. He then took it upon himself to phone the doctor and an alternative medication was prescribed.I was totally blown away by the incredible service and dedication that I have received from the staff of Spar Pharmacy in Northwold. It has become extremely rare to find service providers that really care about their customers and this pharmacy has restored my faith that there are still people out there that care and will pull out all the stops to deliver to their customers.To the staff of Spar Pharmacy in Northwold, I salute you. This pharmacy sells unlabeled medicines, just tablets in a plastic packet with no name, batch number, nothing. This happened the first time with my son a few months ago. Today I went the myself and they offered me unlabeled pack of brufen" and only told me they don't have brufen when I refused to take the nameless tablets. This practice is not only illegal but also poses a danger to the patients. Whoever the responsible pharmacist is better address this urgently."

This evening I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with your pharmacist Nelson!I explained to him that I had shaved and had an ingrown hair on my bikini area of which I required an ointment. Instead he spoke over me, with an attitude and earphones in one ear and said You have an STD"

I only go to Northwold pharmacy. The best.
