This place and their staff are absolutely amazing. I haven’t felt that type of service before from something that isn’t a hotel. They were super friendly and helpful in finding a solution to my kitchen needs. Henk and his team are a force to be reckoned with. I highly recommend this place

We’ve given Munaaz countless chances. I’ve bought from them roughly 9-10 times over the past 18 months and spent more than R200,000. They have sold us a faulty undercounter bar fridge that nearly set our restaurant on fire, and they refused to replace the fridge: they repaired it four times, each time with failure, and still refused to replace it. We also bought a R33,000 soft serve machine from them which was faulty after two uses, and they sent a repair technician out who said the machine looked like a machine that was more than a year old. They then did not bother to collect the machine despite some urgency, and I never heard back from the manager Trisha, despite her promising to contact me first thing the next day, even after me calling numerous times to understand what the fault is and asking the receptionist for her to call me back. I’m still waiting. They sold us a custom made sink which was not what we needed, and then did not fit in our kitchen. They planned and sold us a dish rack which did not fit, despite them measuring it several times. They made us custom racks which were the wrong size. They sold us a baking trolley that had edges so sharp that our chef had to get stitches, because their workshop “forgot” to sand the edges.

We have worked with Munaaz Catering Equipment before and will definitely do so in the future. The communication is excellent from the first phone call to the last question you have about the product long after it was built in. The quality and finishes of the stainless steel tables and sinks are superb - we are over the moon with their products and service. Thanks to this awesome team, they really make it true and add value to your business!

Great sales service, worst after service from Debra and her team.Multiple times trying to scam me.Got a qoute of R6000 to fix a underbar fridge (R24000 new), I paid, started the job, then apparently I have to pay total of R18000 total to fix it properly. Then they took 2 months to fix it after 6 tries.This Debra will come up with the best nonsense and stories of why the fridge can't be fixed, but they still need to charge me for all the hours and parts they put in.Don't expect them to honor the warranty also.Debra will come up with the most ridiculous reasons why she will not honor the warranty.Fryer bought from them 6 months ago is faulty as the temperature ramdomly drops in temp after +/-4 hours of use, sent it back to get it fixed or replaced, comes back to me to charge 30% of the new product for parts and tells me the fryer is faulty because of external force and thermostat is broken.How does it work fine for the first 4 or so hours if thermostat is broken?Don't deal with this company, once you pay, then thats it.

Spent 2 months working with Munaaz Catering Equipment so far. They are incredibly professional. They love what they do. They truly believe in their product and that is so great to see in a company!The team at Munaaz Catering Equipment are courteous, professional, understanding and very helpful! I look forward to working with them for many years to come! Definitely a 5 star company!!!!

Initially impressed by promised swift and slick service of goods and paid upfront. Supposed to arrive the next week but now out of stock" and will or supposedly will arrive in 6 weeks time. Glib talk and fancy slogans but actions don't support the hype. It remains to be seen if I've been scammed. Watch this space! Don't be fooled as I have been and beware of paying upfront"

Visited for catering purposes, they have everything you need and more and very helpful

The staff are very friendly and willing to assist, even with small purchases... Will definitely be going back
