Oooooo such a beautiful setting. Very intimate and romantic. Love sitting close to the fire place. Breakfast was amazing

Wonderful Restaurant located on the side of the mountain in the vineyards...there is an outdoor & indoor area...there is a children's play area...it does get a but noisy with the kids playing so not exactly for romantic quiet meals...but the meals were good...prices are fairly high as it is a fine dining area...paid R180 for a pole bowl...which was good...partner had the duck which was good...there isn't any wine tasting but there are other farms around for that...

Great location, but they're not open on Tuesdays.Their food is delicious and the views are stunning!Also a great way to experience nature and the outdoors. Just make sure they're open before you go to avoid disappointment.

The Mont Marie Restaurant consistently ranks as one of my first picks.This is one of my top three recommendations for where to take visitors from out of town if you want to make an excellent impression. The food is of exceptionally high quality, and the wine selection is sure to brighten your day.Looking out at Hottentots-Holland Mountain is a sight to enjoy.Try the Mana" wine."

Enjoyed this restaurant, it's quite big different sections. There was a area booked off for a baby shower looked like fun. Food was great,nice view. Next door to a couple of good wine farms. Probably just under staffed but maybe it was just that day.

We had the most amazing experience at Mont Marie. The view is breathtaking, the food is amazing and the service is fantastic! We will definitely be going again. Would highly recommend!

Wow!! Hidden Gem Alert!! The view from the moment you drive into the estate is simply spectacular. The restaurant has a modern design inside, and the outside seating offers the most beautiful view. There is a play area for kids. Menu offers a range of dishes. The starters on the menu weren't exactly what I expected as I usually order different starters for the table to try. I therefore ordered the Bombay Pizza as a starter for the table - great flavours! You definitely get that butter chicken flavour. The chinese chicken honey bowl is something I wouldn't usually think of ordering as a main but I will definitely recommend it after trying it. The fish of the day (Cape Salmon) was perfectly cooked, however the skin on the fish could've been crispy. Did not manage to order dessert as the starter and main was quite filling. I will therefore be back as I am also keen on trying the breakfast menu.

I went there to celebrate a friend's birthday, and it turned out to be the perfect venue for the occasion. The food was outstanding, surpassing our expectations, and it was surprisingly affordable considering it was a special event.The outdoor setup and the surrounding scenery were truly breathtaking. We enjoyed watching the ducks gracefully strolling around, and the backdrop of the mountains added to the overall charm. To ensure our comfort in the chilly weather, they thoughtfully provided blankets and heaters outside.The service, while not exceptional, was understandable given the circumstances of sitting outdoors in the cold. It's possible that the waitstaff's attention might have been affected by these factors. However, it didn't detract significantly from our overall experience.
