I was in one off there store in Cape Town was just looking around however when I asked the lady there how does your lay-buys work she told me I had to take a lay-buy that’s more then 250 the others that I have been to never told me this

Not too bad , just takes a bit of time to do deliveries to them

Ordered on the 16th December 2021 but today is the 6th January 2022 no updates about my order and when emailing no responce again when you call the shop and head office no one answering.I'm still in the dark about my order

I am really not happy with the service I got from Jam Clothing in Randburg Square JHB.I went to the store on Black Friday to purchase a few items, however my bank card declined yet the money went off my bank. I went back today 28/11/2022 to get a reversal, however, Elima who works at the store gave me an attitude. Telling me that I need to consult with my bank. I went to the bank, but the bank couldn’t assist since I wasn’t provided with my decline receipt.I was told to inform the store to write a letter authorising the bank to do a reversal, but Elima told me she won’t write that letter. After keeping me in store for more than 1hour 30 minutes.I left the store without a conclusion of when will I get my money back.I’m really not happy with the service I got from Elima.
