I am not Skead Theunissen, but his son. We both had been trying to get a hold of you and I wasn't aware that you'd tried to call him back or that you'd replied to his email. I called a number of times from a landline number and your mobile doesn't allow voicemail or have a message directing one to contact you via whats app.All I wanted was to get some sort of a response and resolve the issue at hand which was that we were struggling to get a hold of someone at National Pools, which we have now received. I would have been more than happy to amend my * rating and there was no need to get personal. The post that I initially posted were the facts as per my experience with trying to contact National Pools.
