I have been getting double billed for months now on two separate dates of the same month. They never answer calls or emails about account issues. If you were considering this gym I highly recommend you do not go anywhere near them. They will milk you dry! They have scammer behavior and are not fully honest about their cancellation process.

This is the worst gym ever!! It has scam tendencies. It has extremely bad customer service. I am unimpressed with them. I have transferred my membership to someone else but they are still debiting my account till to this day, it has been over 7 months since the transfer. They never give me concrete answers whenever I try to followup. They make it extremely difficult to cancel a contract. They do not disclose to you before you sign a contract that you will have to pay for all the discounts that were given to you as a student. They do not disclose the type of contracts that are available, they are most likely to make you sign for a 24months contract!! They are taking advantage of students. The marketing people are professional Liars, they lie about the contract terms because they know that students would not sign up if they were truthful about their contractual terms. I do not recommend this gym to anyone!! Rather join virginactive!

Please do NOT take a contract with them at all costs!You’ll be dealing with them taking your money even after your contract has ended with very little help or explanation!I’ve never struggled so much to leave a business that I want nothing to do with. Honestly the biggest headache I’ve ever experienced.Also good luck with dealing with their admin staff, no professionalism and very little help.I wish I could give them negative stars.

Quite frankly this business is scamming people. I tried to sign up for 6 months, as that is how long I would be in the area but they said their contract plans start at 12 months.I was told cancellation would 10% of the original monthly fees of R500. So at cancellation I was told I would be paying R300.That was an outright lie! I was charged double that!They added so many hidden fees". This is legitimately a criminal business. Stay as far away as possible.Other more reasonable gyms allow individuals to pause their memberships. But ZoneFitness is more intent on scamming their members.This is literally one of the worst gyms you could join

This place is very incompetent and they make their customers suffer for their incompetence. They are very poor at communicating. My complaints were never taken seriously, it's been a month and no one has tended to my complaints. Money was taken from my account which was not supposed to be taken and till this day that mistake has not been rectified. I would not recommend this gym to anyone!!!! Especially first years do not fall for these people as they approach you at the plaza. Worst gym I've ever been to must be Zonefitness. Their customer service is disgusting.

It's a simple gym and small one at it, but still doesn't have a generator even in these days of loadshedding. The equipment is very dirty e.g., dumbbells and plates, and since it's small it gets overcrowded. It is a downgrade coming from virgin active, the amount I pay is not bad but still high considering the condition of the gym. If you can afford to go to virgin/other, go for it.

my reason for visiting Zone fitness this time around was a different one than for gym. the Gym itself is well organised, however it was unfortunate to ghave seen a paper note just by the entrance warning about Loadshedding".to bad

Got all kinds of equipment for your work out needs. Loved my experience so far. Dope playlists too by the way. Sign-up is around R500 pm but they've got deals that are lower.
