AEK Appliance Repair
Poor service. AEK staff came to my home to repair my TV then realised that they need to take it to their service centre to get it fixed which according to them , should take 2 weeks . However, they did not come with a suitable vehicle to transport the TV . So they said they will send their driver to collect it. It's been a week and still nobody has collected the TV . AEK is a contractor to Hisense and this is the type of service they are offering. It's been 1 month since we have contacted Hisense regarding the TV repair That's still under warranty.

I have been making use of his repair service for the last 8 years. Throw away and buy new does not exist for me anymore . I phone Danie, we make an appointment and he arrives on time every time. He is exceptionally punctual and honest. I have Never felt ripped off or overcharged . I recommend Danie in the highest fashion for his services. His knowledge exceed any other appliance “fixer” I have ever worked with. Cudo’s for Danie.

I would give zero stars if possible. The company was sent by AEG as my fridge was under warranty. I have been waiting for a part since September 2020 and they apparently have the part and arranged a time to come but have never shown up.
