I contacted a few places for 2 new AC units to be installed at our house. Cool Ice Aircons came in with the lowest price. They responded very quickly with a quote, installation happened earlier than scheduled. The installation team was very professional and competent. Devan was there when they started, the only thing that I won't rate 5 star is that he didn't come back to check the installation was done correctly by his team.

What an impressive team. Really professional and extremely thorough. If they were 30% more expensive it would have still been worth it judging from the meticulous nature of how they conduct a service. They stand head and shoulders above any of the other A/C installers and service centres I have used. They dismantled and cleaned everything, and I mean everything, not just pull out and wash a filter. They got in there deep with multiple brushes. They tested everything thoroughly afterwards and left no trace of their presence, their work was spotless. My Aircon is pretty much better than new as they corrected a lot of sloppy workmanship the original installers made. Won't go to another company for the same thing again. Cool Ice Aircon has my vote!
