Superior Spa & Bath

The installation was not done at my house but a friends house and it is honestly horrendous how they got treated and the quality of the work done.I was going to use them for an installation at my house and after seeing the quality of their work the absolute lack of after sales support I am glad I got forewarned.I write this review sort on my buddy's behalf as he thinks the reviews make no difference in the greater scheme of things.Independent reviews make a difference to me and saved me the headache of working with these people.

We bought a Jacuzzi just before lockdown started after months of deliberation. Barbara was amazingly patient and helpful with all our questions and helped us to find the unit ideally suited for our needs. We have had great pre and post sale service. The staff members are friendly and super helpfull. Great product backed up by great service.

I purchased a spa/hot tub last month, I cannot thank Henry enough for his help in my buying said spa.Henry’s customer service and helpfulness was very friendly,professional and attention to detail was far above my expectations. Thank you so much for your assistance,I would recommend Henry to anyone who wants to buy a spa/ hot tub from Superior Spa & Bath .

It's time to share my horrendous experience with probably the worst company in Cape Town.An existing jacuzzi was replaced with a superior spa installation and all relevant existing installations, pipes and pumps were taken into consideration when supplying a quote. Quote accepted and deposits were paid.I had endless issues with getting the final installation done and completed. Also note that full payment is expected before a spa is delivered. superior spa (no capitals will be used on this company's name, because they don't deserve it), also employs subcontractors, like electricians, without your knowledge and then expects you to pay for the extra fees which was never part of the quote or approved by yourself. They also send out different installation teams every time they do come out. So when someone comes here, they don't know what the issues are or what needs to be sorted out. Trying to get them to come out to solve problems is like talking to a wall. My jacuzzi is not working like it should, i.e. blowers and jets so weak, that you don't get the full experience of what a jacuzzi should be. It's a hole in the ground with cold water and no bubbles. The Ozone unit is clamped off, because it doesn't even reach the jacuzzi water line. Again paying for a unit that is not in use.Then after a year, the Bilboa controller is faulty. After inspection by a superior spa team, they confirmed that the controller will need to be replaced. I am receiving no feedback, no answer on my emails and no conclusion on the repairs. I have to resort now to get another company in to replace their faulty equipment. I am slowly going to have to replace all the electronic systems and pumps at my own expense.The only good thing on this jacuzzi is the shell it comes in. It's probably easy enough not to mess up fibreglass. Everything else around it is a joke.Want to hear another joke - Knock, knock. Who's there? superior spa. superior spa who? superior spa here to take you money and run!

Very disappointed with their service levels from a service and support perspective. When I asked to address this with the CEO - I was told nobody new how to contact her when she is out of the office and or who she was. She was not referred to by name. Very disappointed with this level of service especially so given the high service levels when purchasing the jacuzzi from them. The arrogance displayed on a telephonic enquiry was beyond my understanding - obviously business is booming and they don't need to look after existing clients. >>> UPDATE<<< Messages to their ceo have been ignored. Clearly after sales support is far from this companies mind and the only attempt to correct was a message from the service dept seeking further info ito who I spoke to so they can correct it. The author of this message was the same person who offered me no support. Management has been awfully quite and the only advice I can offer potential clients is to take after sales support very seriously.

I did not buy a hot tub from Superior Spa and Bath, but I needed assistance with a leaky, existing tub. Morne and Melvin came to take a look and sent me a quote soon after. We set a date for the repair. They were there on time, were very professional, one can see that they know their stuff and were done quite quickly. They even sorted out an incorrectly installed thermostat, which was previously done by a different contractor, not Superior Spa. Very impressed, not a an issue since.

The installation came with so many issues. Adding additional charges that were not in the quote, additional piping, etc. This is after they did a site inspection and then quoted a price.Should have read more reviews on them and not used them.Be warned, this company is useless.

Rang 4 times was cut off 4 times. Then I read the reviews. Won’t call again.

Great service received from Henry and team. From our initial discussion with Henry, the efficiency of the delivery team to the thorough training provided by Henry. Really happy with our Superior spa jacuzzi, great quality.

Lovely well established business with knowledgeable and friendly people. Well worth the investment. Best place to get a jacuzzi if you require it
