Tandem Hair

Sadly, not overly impressed. It was a busy day in the salon. I was well greeted and didn't have to wait too long before being seen to. The hair cleaning was lovely, nice products that smelled good, and of course you get a little head massage, which is always fantastic. My stylist was a lovely person, sadly she didn't retain the request I'd made on what I want done and completely forgot something. I didn't query it at the cutting stage as I have had stylists cut my fringe right at the end, but she finished up and asked what I think, I then asked her, what about the fringe I asked for? Not really a problem, we're all human and no one is perfect. She then cut the fringe, but it seemed to be quite sparse. I wasn't sure about the cut, no styling had actually been done, it was literally just cut straight. I have naturally wavy hair which normally needs a little styling so if I do leave it au natural it doesn't turn into a volumous fluffy thing on my head. I was in 2 minds, but it didn't look too bad and I left thinking I'd see how it settled. Not loving it folks. The very straight cut without styling doesn't sit well. It looks like those videos where someone hacked the person's hair off with an axe, chopped, and the little fringe that was cut out is not thick enough and just isn't really working. I'll maybe revisit and try a different stylist as the salon itself was good and you can see frequent, loyal customers coming and going, so they must be doing something right, just not my day I guess.

I went for a simple gentleman’s haircut. 3 people had to try and fix the mess they caused - all I asked for was a comb over cut. Incredibly disappointed

I took my girlfriend to get her hair done and she absolutely loved it! The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. All their hairdressers are fully qualified (and it shows in their work) 10 out of 10 would highly recommend!

I went today to get my hair done. I love the energy and how all the stylists work together to create such a positive environment. Seems and comes across very supportive.Edwina did my hair! And again, love it! I went in with wanting to get the copper orange colour out from box dye. She did amazingly and my hair feels and looks great!

Sylvia did an AMAZING job on my hair. She poured so much love into my hair, with the highlights, cutting and blow-drying. I will definitely be back because of her.

Tandem gives such great service, staff overall attitude towards clients & being kind is amazing! I specifically go there for my botox hair treatment and it lasts exactly as long as i am advised. Salon always clean & pricing is reasonable. Overall very happy!

So I decided to go to Tandem to colour my hair as the previous salon I went to messed my hair up. I wasn’t disappointed when I arrived. Tandem is very clean and their staff are so friendly and professional. My hair colour came out exactly the way I wanted it. Thanks again for your top service! I’ll definitely be back soon!
