Sat at our table for half an hour. We ordered a milkshake and 2 Cola tonics. Milkshake comes first. After another 10 mins, waiter brings one drink which is incorrect. We correct him and send it back. Comes back with another single glass which is so dirty you can't look through it. I asked to see the manager. She was totally disinterested. I asked for our order to be canceled and offered to pay for our milkshake. She says she'll go check on the price of the milkshake and walks away with the dirty glass. Totally unapologetic. Pathetic service to say the least. Very disappointed.

Walked in and asked if they have a high chair for our little tot. They said yes. Walked around Sibaya and returned to Fego, only to be told they DON'T have a high chair. You either have it, or not.. why change the answer? Looking at these reviews, it's no wonder there was not a single patron at Fego.

Very disappointed with food and presentation. Wife had a tramazinni that was bland and dry, very little chicken, not worth it for R96. I had the avo and poached eggs, even worse, 2 big slices of bread that looked like it came from the supermarket, no finesse at all, will not visit again.

Ordered a taosted cheese ham and tomato sandwich. No tomato on the sandwich. Had cappuccino which was served in a paper cup even though we ate in. Got served our sandwiches on a plastic basket. When we asked why other customers were getting decent cups with saucers and playes we got told they regulars. Do you have to be a regular to get decent service????

A cute little store, you have to flag down help and wait but the service received was good. The waitress was really friendly. The drinks were refreshing. I would however suggest you relook your drinks menu especially for the hot days in Durban...everyone is looking for smoothies or more drinks with crushed ice...like your iced coffee, frappes, smoothies etc.

Service was terrible. Ordered tramazzini with avocado only to be told 10 minutes later that they did not have asked if they could substitute avocado with mushrooms didn't have that either. Then sandwiches were ordered when it arrived it was the wrong order.
