This pharmacy is absolutely amazing !! Since it opened the staff have consistently given excellent service. Always ready with advice on over the counter meds and suggestions on what you can do to maximize the benefits, how to use and not to use. Always happy greetings and smiles all round. Useless and incompetent pharmacy staff all around. Once I walked all the way home with someone else's prescription which the pharmacist gave to me. The sms collection service does not make any difference, you never get an sms. Emailed scripts don't get processed, the male head pharmacist is a rude, ignorant and utterly useless individual.Stay away from this clicks if you can.

I had 2 things 2 do. One was drop off a scrip. Not for collection. The other was get some over the counter meds. I had a choice to pick either a script ticket or a over the counter ticket. I picked over the counter. When I was served, the man behind the counter would not accept my scrip as he said why have you picked an over the counter script. It was the rude dismissive way which he treated me which I found so unpleasant. I was using this pharmacy as it was closer to me. I would rather go slightly further but not be treated so rudely and discourtiously .

ANOTHER Clicks Pharmacy (and department store) that is incapable of answering a telephone. Rang about 8 times over the course of half an hour, no one could be bothered to pick up, phone rang until the line was dead.ANOTHER useless Clicks Pharmacy, I might add.

Shocking, shocking service, between yesterday and today 18 phone calls, two were answered and hung up again while on hold, drove there eventually just to find a very sarcastic and rude pharmacist who did not have stock of the medication. Stay away from Clicks Centre Point, they should be closed down by Clicks.

I have been at this Clicks several times and have always been pleased with the treatment, respectful and kind. This store is my preferred choice in the area because it's quick to get in and out. Realistically, though, all over-the-counter pharmacies I've been at are on the slow side and this one is the same.It could be said that the till area is either slow or understaffed, yet this place faster than going to the one in Canal Walk, for instance.

Your pharmacy staff discriminate against you if they don't like you. I have repeatedly been treated rudely and haven't been blocked on the system from purchasing a schedule 2 antihistamine....because of one staff member that told me he will refuse to help me....surely that's against policy and pharmacy council regulations...despite it being common knowledge that this particular employee was sent from paddocks branch due to too many complaints about him. Why do you allow your employees to treat customers this way?

Staff very friendly. Greeting from the minute I stepped in the door until paying and leaving.Store is neat and clean.A priviledge to be served by Privelege at the meds counter. Super knowledge and friendly.Greeted kindly at the till point by Tawfeeq and assisted easily.

I have tried to support the pharmacy because it is on my doorstep, but yesterday was the final straw. They often have no stock of medication and it means a return trip. They keep processing my husband's meds on my profile, though he has repeatedly swiped his Clicks and Medical aid card.We needed 2 boxes of Moviprep for a procedure and when he collected they gave him 1. Sorry they made a mistake, but I can go and get another box from Clicks Edgemead. I went to Dischem CW instead where I bought everything. You will never see me at your pharmacy again.
