I bought a BETTA toilet-set from CTM Worcester. The toilet pot is totally uneven/skew. Inspite of the CHECKER that made sure that the set was perfect before I left. After replacing my old toilet-set, I realised that the toilet-pot is skew and uneven. I went back to CTM Worcester but they told me, it's not their problem.I am very disappointed in the service from CTM Worcester, and will never buy or recommend anyone to do business with CTM Worcester.

Had to return to the shop twice to replace items. Once due to them delivering deformed toilets and a second time die to delivering the wrong tiles. Why pay for delivery if you send the wrong stuff?

I bought some mosiac tiles for my kitchen splashback. Eventually I realised that I had to much tiles. I have bought 5sqm in stead of two. When I phoned the branch they told me I could return the unused items & they will refund me. When I got there today after two weeks, the salesman gave me a refund without any problems. Doing business with this CTM branch was only a pleasure. Well done Worcester CTM!! I will definately be back...
