We had been referred to ELC for goods shipped to Moz. From the first call we received great honest service and advice.Their driver collected from our warehouse and noticed that one of our pallets is damaged, that was not a problem for him as he quickly guided and assisted our staff ensuring goods packed on a new pallet ready for loading. My client confirmed he received all goods in order and they ensured we received the export documents. Highly recommend

Completely and utterly dismayed by their services. A client contracts them to deliver a service of collection and shipping of goods and they expect our staff to load their own trucks.Then the worst is how rude they handle the situation, who sends 1 driver to collect a consignment of over 80 cartons then turns and says it's the supplier's responsibility who is not even contracted to them to load their truck.The poor driver's are treated in such a bad manner.We would never do business with such a company so anyone thinking of using them should compare with other logistics companies because they are extremely unprofessional.

The worst company ever!!! This thing is not even a company, it operates informally. It's supposed to be a scrap yard for trucks not a trucking company. The fleet is just a confusion, the mixture of truck brands says it all!!! Dead international Eagle, TATA,DAEWOO, ISUZU, DAF, Freightliner and Volvo. ATDF must pay a visit to this EXPRESS LINK CARGO whatever it is called. The top management is rubbish, the staff is underpaid and it's dominated by foreign nationals.
