Every time I come here I hope to get help from a guy..... The ladies yooooo they really need training on customer service and the ones that are cutting material they make you feel like a burden to them..... Good shop.. Nice fabrics and the beautiful white tall lady helped me with choosing fabric was best.wish I can be able to buy online with you.And I suggest they have name tags to identify them

Second time in a week that I walked out. Unprofessional rude staff. They will never see me again. Refuse to cut me 2 meters of a material today because the roll was almost finish, I don't understand. (was most certainly more than 2 meters on the roll).

You can find most of what you need here which you won't get at any other fabric shop. You must just know what you looking for because mostly you get no service. One or two of the ladies are friendly but most make you feel as you are a burden to them and just want to get finished. The young girl at the haberdashery is very helpful and friendly.

Great place to shop for fabrics. They have a wide range of material in a variety of colors. This is a place to go in Empangeni when looking sew fashionable attire.

Their fabric is excellent bt they need to practice more social distancing. They had long ques and alot of people inside the shop. If there can be a strategy for not everyone entering the shop e.g 10 people @ a tyme

Service here is very bad, only one lady who works with the embellishments and jewels/beads was very kind and helpful. Lady cutting fabric give you the side eye and are rude and curt. I actually put my fabric down and left. Won't be returning. Will be supporting smaller businesses in Richards Bay and online.

One stop shop.They are uptodate with current fabric trends and supply the best at a reasonable price. You just have to know what you are looking for. Recent colour organisation for fabrics is refreshing.
