NumberWorks'nWords Tutoring Pennant Hills

We have had our children at NumberWorks'Words for the past 4 years and cannot speak highly enough of the fabulous work Tony, Jo and their team do. They are a cohesive team that demonstrates deep care for their students. My children have always attended their sessions very happily, in fact it is something they look forward to doing twice a week. They have formed lovely connections with their young tutors, often coming home with a story they have shared that made them laugh or fascinated them. Aside from the special people working at NumberWorks'Words, my childrens' confidence in maths and literacy has grown substantially. Their understanding of mathematical topics has improved and as a natural consequence so have their grades. Tony and Jo lead a highly skilled and professional team. The vibe in the centre is a happy, joyful one, full of encouragement and laughter. I am grateful we have had this team supporting us with educating our children.

Tony, Jo and the whole team from NumberWorks'nWords in Pennant Hills have done a wonderful job helping our child's struggles with literacy. I'm impressed with the effort they've gone to understand the new school curriculum and tailor tutoring sessions to support specific learning needs. Our child also enjoys attending sessions each week. It’s such an amazing team of Tony, Jo, Tracy and the teachers there that has helped my child improve significantly in English. The best thing is that only in the last few months since my child started there she has started loving reading books and writing good sentences and looks forward to go to her class at NumWorksnwords every week. I am very pleased with the results and highly recommend sending kids there for tuitions.

Thrilled to have our 3 children so kindly mentored by Jo, Tony and the lovely numberworks team at pennant hills. We have see such a great improvement in the kids understanding of both English and Maths, plus the added bonus of our kids having fun! The team has turned our children into positive, creative learners who leave inspired each week and we are truly thankful.

Once my child started, there was an immediate lift in confidence and her willingness to learn. I was concerned there may be resistance but she loves the staff and the program. The pace and curriculum is structured perfectly; it allows her to have many consistent small wins that add up to bigger success. Very happy with my first term at NWAW Pennant Hills.

Our daughter began at this NumbersWorks'n Words in the middle of year 3, after the period of home schooling during the height of the pandemic. She was tentative about Math and did not feel like she really got time tables. She wanted to do quick sums because it was fun, but was frustrated when she kept getting the answer wrong. Joe, Tony and the Team have turned this around for her. They helped her conquer time tables, get her foundations right and this has helped her leap into being confident and happy with Math so that she does not doubt her self as much as she used to. She loves her lessons and is happy to attend.The team here are approachable, never pushy to do extra lessons if it is not warranted. Love the constant feed back and are always happy to work with parents to not only help the students but also find ways to slot in lessons and make ups when classes are missed, great service. Can't recommend highly enough.

We have been going to numbers works pennant hills for years and have been really impressed and happy with the kids progress. The kids look forward to their classes and enjoy learning. I highly recommend it. The owners Tony and Jo are very involved and really look for ways to improve how the kids learn. They have also selected good staff. It has been great to watch our son's confidence in maths and English rise and rise and rise. He has always enjoyed attending the classes, and we have had less angst with the school homework. Tony, Jo and Tracy are always available to discuss his progress.

Our son experienced great support from the team, the tutors were relatable and encouraging. He moved from struggling with the content in year 6 to the advance maths class by year 9. Always received consistent ongoing feedback on his progress.

The level of quality training and understanding of the school curriculum at NumberWorks’nWords Pennant Hills is second to none! Tony, Jo and Tracey provide a customised programme for my girls that help bridge any gaps in their learning. My eldest in Yr 7 stumbled at the start of high school this year. She was sad coming home with C’s, and is now fulfilling her potential with confidence bringing home Grade A and B results across the board! I’m confident they will now assist my youngest after the 2021 lockdown with any gaps she now needs to fill. Thanks team at NumberWorks’nWords!!
