Ross is an absolute star. I have recommended him to so many people. He is efficient, kind, and incredibly hard working. Sharon, Candice and the team at Fine and Country stand above many companies in South Africa for their professionalism, responsiveness and personal attention to their clients. One of the challenges of doing business in South Africa is poor customer service with unanswered emails, unreturned phone calls and a lack of focus to the needs of the customer. Not Fine and Country. Candice leads her company by example with her stellar and prompt communications. The team provided service that showed they valued our business and cared about their clients. As a landlord finding a tenant for your property could be quite a risk as you never really know the caliber of person that is on the other end of the phone.
