I also phoned to get a quote for my bumper. Was told to phone agent myself , get bumper myself and then pay R400 to get a quote to spray paint the bumper. I don't know where all the professional service comes from. You are paying them for a job you are doing yourself. Thanks but no thanks.

Went there for a quotation and been told to pay R400 for it. When I said that I just need the quotation for insurrance purposes I have been told to go to Springbok Scrapyard where I can get it for free. Went to Auto Alpina and got a quotation for free without any hassle

I went there today to ask for a quotation and I stood there waiting for them while the 2 ladies were busy talking and the gentleman was busy on his computer. They did not even acknowledge my presence. When the gentleman eventually did, i was told about R400 that i must pay upfront, in cash for quotation. Terrible service, terrible attitude. I give this company zero based on my experience today. Will never set my foot here and will never recommend to anyone
