Our company ordered +/- 15 black mugs with our logo on them. From the beginning it was a struggle to get the actual design we wanted. After liaising with about 10 different people, we managed to come to a solution with a lot of compromise from our side. We eventually got the mugs, however each mug had different print placement and the overall quality was disappointing to say the least. A month and half down the line, the printing is now peeling off. Would definitely not recommend using these guys.

The Brandability team were so excellent in their approach to the work I needed done. The golfers I ordered are such great quality and the embroidery work is OUTSTANDING. I wouldn't think twice about using them again - they will be my first choice every time!

The overall experience was okay. Rather neutral, middle of the road. There were a lot of hands that my order passed through, many different reps in charge of various areas, instead of one rep that coordinated them for me. They didn't even seem to know their own policies and contracts language, requesting followup payment of balance due in 2 days rather than the time line designated by their terms and conditions.The products themselves were very disappointing, namely the hats. The quality was very low on the actual hats, the stitching was okay, but the hats were cheap.The hoodies were nice though, much better made. Higher quality. And the stitching was great on them.Overall I rate them as neutral, middle of the road, okay to work with.

Placed an order for product, paid and waited, was notified of a delay due to quality control, recieved the product and what a load of rubbish. Product finishing is the worst quality control i have ever seen, sublimation doesnt match from 1 product to the next, colour of product varies to 3 different black colours - notified Brandabillity and they are full of excuses - not even willing to supply a number for a director to sort this mess - i will rather import nyself before ever dealing with brandabillity again
