Well experienced staff, and all you could ever need in terms of equipment and knowledge, only problem i had was that they had this MAJOR algae infestation in every corner of every tank and of every floor in every tunnel.That aside, if you looking at getting your aquaponics on, its worth stopping by for a chat with the gentleman in charge

Absolutely 5 star service! First time placing an order with this company. My partner spoke to William yesterday (7/12/2022) to enquire about stock availability in terms of a large order for specific koi food. Service was very good and helpful telephonically. Very quick to mail quotes, etc - didn't have to wait. Placed our order this morning (8/12/2022) and the food has literally arrived this afternoon! Wish more companies provided this type of service delivery.
