My internet went down this morning and have been trying since 7 to get through to someone and it is frustrating especially since I study from home I'm reliant on having internet to do my studies. Please help

Thandazani and Markan really helped me and Martin! Made us feel confident that our services won't be interupted when moving. I would happily recommend Webafrica when anyone asks me for suggestions (happens more than you would think). I've never had an issue contacting them, easily and quickly resolving any queries I have.

The worst service you will ever receive from a service provider, they never get back to you when they say they will, their consultants are unhelpful and outwright rude on the WhatsApp line. You problems will not be solved and you will never get to speak to someone only via a WhatsApp line, STAY FAR FAR AWAY There advertising is absorbed false and not to be trusted.

The worst ISP in South Africa.From day 2 of installation I had nothing but issues and excuses. Am so glad my time with them is over. I would not recommend this isp to anyone. Please be careful of this isp. Support turn around time is 8hours if your lucky to get hold of an support agent. Emails are being blocked. Phone calls unanswered. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ISP. THEY ARE USELESS AND USE TRICKS TO GET CUSTOMERS.

Dont waste your money.Painfully frustrating dealing with this company.You wont get what you pay for.Even Telkom GPRS would be better.

Biggest scam artist i've seen .I am getting ripped of as i am paying for a much higher package than the price they advertise.Then they want to make out like you a liar.Want to cancel but can just imagine what a nightmare.

Worst service ever. 3 days after moving and still trying to get connection with no assistance from agents and that pointless chat bot. Even after paying we still have no wifi. They promised to call but still nothing. Its now day 4. Save yourself the trouble go somewhere else.

I Registered in Jan ,no one has called me and no one is responding with information regarding my installation ,i paid but no feedback from the Service provider ,kindly refund me .

Absolutely most useless company I have ever come across. Don't bother with these people. They quick to take your money but when there are problems they have no after sales services. No contact number for support my parents are pensioners and they have the nerve to send them on their useless WhatsApp service they must connect a laptop run cmd and do ping test etc. I'm speechless! They put down calls when you request quotes and don't bother coming back to you! Save yourself the hassle trust me you would be better off smashing your head on a brick wall. Go direct to MTN Vodacom etc. skip this useless place and save yourself the headache! Is there a zero star option or -10 out of 10.

Webafrica has been the most underwhelming ISP. Service is hard to get hold of, and then when I wanted to cancel I had to jump through a ton of hoops and there seems like there is no end in sight with this. If you sign up with them, expect to be with them for life because their cancellation process is a nightmare that doesn't work. I've sent emails, gone to clientzone, paid next months bill and they then tranfer me through to a client chat and no one ever replies.
