Charis is totally dedicated to bringing out the best in her clients and is very inspiring. She assessed my eating habits, lifestyle and environment , then set about formulating an eating and exercise program which is attainable for me as person. She brought a new spark to my life and gave me a second breath, so to speak. My arthritis is now gone and I am more positive about the future.

I contacted Charis for her services as a personal trainer for my 15 year old nephew. She referred me to her brother, Daniel Maguire who is running her business while she's away. Daniel is unprofessional, unreliable and full of excuses why he misses training sessions. (We paid up front for a month.) We cancelled his services and are still waiting for our refund. Neither Charis nor Daniel respond to my queries about when we will be refunded. In fact, Charis defended her brothers actions and asked for proof of his behaviour. We sent proof. But then she went silent on us.Scamming a 15 year old boy trying to improve his life is shameful!! 12/11/2021Charis contacted me after seeing this review and insists her brother is not part of her business. She says, ' her mother put her brother on her business profile ' and she has nothing to do with him. She says she will NOT HELP me with getting the refund since I gave her this review.These people are unethical and liars. As you can see from her website and Instagram, Daniel is part of her business. She is the Co-Founder. She's probably going to remove him from her websites now to erase the evidence.If you're a business owner, do the right thing and honour your agreements. 13/11/202125th November 2021. Charis and Daniel have both blocked me so I can't message them anymore. They still have NOT refunded our money. Daniel messaged me once after this review to say he'll pay back the money but then we never heard from him again.Please don't get involved with these people.
