Very good. Surprised by the quality of the food here, and Timothy's server style capped the food stars nicely.Ate in the week after Xmas in this very visible but unassuming spot right off the main drag.Bone-in lamb curry a good level of heat without leaving you speechless for an hour. No chutney offered, but the beets softened the spice. Extra points for two veggies.Samoosas top drawer, quite spicy and actually tastes of beef and chicken, rather than the mystery stuffing often found.Milkshakes met my standard. Well done, guys. Must return to try the bunny chow others like.

Food was medium heat flavour, sufficient gravy, plenty tender meat pieces, bread was soft and as a bonus I had 3 marrow bones. Better than The Burner!

Good food at a reasonable price. The restaurant is very basic with some strange colour com nations, but the service was prompt.They don't have a liqueur licence but you can bring your own beer and wine, no corkage charged.

Very enjoyable, I tried their chilli bites they were nice and crispy on the outside. I also had a 1/4 lamb bunny and it was really tasty. Soft potatoes, tender lamb that falls off the bone. There's not more you can ask for I guess, especially as a durbanite who struggles to find good curry in Cpt.

If you feel like a strong tasty bunny chow make a plan to visit JJ's. We ordered the Butter chicken 1/4 and Lamb 1/4 Bunny.Both portions we good and we felt decent for the price. The butter chicken was a bit too strong for my liking and our waitress brought some plain yogurt which made a huge difference.Unfortunately the chicken nuggets for one of our kids looked a bit sad but I guess not their go to dish.Not much of an atmosphere but there is one window with a bit of a view. They do not serve alcohol but have no problem should you bring your own.Looking forward to our next visit.

Little curry gem off the hustle and bustle off main road. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Fantastic samoosas. Bunny chow was absolutely superb as bread was so fresh, and curry portion very generous. Not licensed so bring your own wine.

I went to go get some takeout from here. I have never encountered food with this much oil in my life. The oil ate its way though the box and went into my car seats. My seat is absolutely soaked in oil. I’ve used an entire roll of kitchen paper and grease is still pouring out the seat. The box it came in is covered in so much oil that it’s actually created a shiny pool (see photo), my shirt is covered in oil and somehow the food is still swimming in oil. I’m stunned. Service was very friendly though.
