The restaurant is located on a terrace overlooking the Stellenbosch wine region. We didn’t try their wine selection. The food was good, the servers were very polite and accommodating. The vegetarian menu was separate, but it had a good selection. The place has a diamond store as well as the biggest yellow diamond in the world 118 carats (though the display is a replica)

Delaire Graff Estate is an enchanting and awe-inspiring destination. I had the privilege of spending a truly memorable afternoon on the terrace, indulging in a delightful lunch. The cool, beautiful winter weather, combined with the clear blue skies, created a picturesque setting. Surrounded by majestic mountains, vineyards, and olive groves, the estate felt like a true oasis. Adding to the ambiance were the exquisite Graff designed statues, which added a touch of elegance to the surroundings. The service I received was exceptional, worthy of white glove treatment. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a truly remarkable experience. As for the food, it exceeded my expectations. Every dish was expertly prepared, bursting with flavors that delighted my palate. Before leaving, I couldn't resist stopping by the wine shop to grab a bottle of their exceptional wines. I also couldn't resist indulging in their renowned Delaire Graff Chocolate, which was simply divine. These added touches elevated my Stellenbosch adventure to new heights. In summary, Delaire Graff Estate is a place of pure magic and beauty. It offers a sensory feast with its stunning surroundings, impeccable service, delectable cuisine, and the opportunity to bring home a taste of its excellence. It truly was the highlight of my time in Stellenbosch.

The location is nice outside with the view but they will ask you to dine inside so this was a let down to start.Food was mediocre (overcooked mussels, under seasoned lamb). The beef, chips and cauliflower were good. The biggest let down was the service, with completely inattentive staff who didn’t even bother topping our glasses or clearing the empty plates.Overall the restaurant is definitely overpriced , I would recommend just a glass of wine with the view and then spend your money to several better options in the area.

Great place for lunch! The view is beautiful, it’s nicely sheltered from the sun, the service is very friendly and the food is delicious! Would have appreciated if there was an alcohol free wine option, guess I’m not the only person that cannot drink alcohol but would love to enjoy the taste of a glass of wine in this setting.

Lunched with friends from overseas. The restaurant is fantastically fabulous, our table had two assigned servers who were on point all the time, topping up drinks, good information on the menu items.Food was out of this world good and of course the company was wonderful.Definitely worth consideration for a very special celebration or feast.

There is a beautiful view from the terrace of the restaurant. The menu is small, but you can choose: among the main dishes there are fish, beef, lamb, and poultry. Good service by the waiters. But very rude communication from managers. Didn't give a compliment. No bread, no candy. There is nowhere to walk in this estate, there is no garden, etc., only two restaurants and that's it. The food is ordinary, beautifully presented.

Amazing dining expierence, the restaurant has a small but delicious menu. The menu had 4 first courses, 4 salads and 4 main courses and it had some specials as well. The thing that stands out above it all was the quality of service and the view from the terrace. I would also recommend the wine tasting next to the restaurant which is also part of the restaurant.

Solid 3.5 to be accurate. We actually heard from other people we met it was underwhelming, but wanted to try for ourselves.Went for. Saturday night dinner - the place is really nice, vast and beautiful views! On the other hand, in comparison to the prices, you get much less on the service and food quality. Our encounter with the sommelier felt very disappointing, as he couldn’t even properly locate the page where the Pino Noir is at. Service felt rushed although the restaurant wasn’t even full - waiters are rushing to pick up plates from the table and don’t even notice empty water glasses for a refill. We had the e mushroom tortellini as a starter, which was extremely under seasoned, which shouldn’t happen in a restaurant like this. For mains we had the sea bass which was ok, and the beef fillet, which was nice and tender, but again, nothing special really. To summarise - you can get better quality and highly creative food elsewhere for half the price, so I would recommend to stay away.
