One of the kak service in south Africa they all are people faken useless I m calling them since last week they basted hold my called more them 40mint ND not help me out plz guys sty away from DStv I faken paid my account but they don't faken help me when evar I called on costumer care they are all faken setting ND eating money there

Extremely poor customer service. Personnel dont seem to know how to sort out client problems. Prepare to wait hours to get a simple problem solved on their system. Get fibre and stay away from them.
