Called looking for executive diaries and was advised that they were in stock, only to get there and found out that they did not have. Wasted my time and fuel driving some 32km to and fro, very disappointed

Sent quotes through get given a time you will recieve them and you dont , then call back to find out . You get told there are thousands of emails they can't tell you when you can get your quote . Thanks Ali won't need the quote anymore.Thank you for your response to the matter , 1 rating is because all what you explained was not said to me .....I was told I can't get a time line because of thousands of mails.Also note your staff gave me a time line yesterday of 10am this morning. That is not customer service.
