Absolutely a disgrace to humanity, disrespect, incompetent and unhelpful. Manager at the front desk including the man issuing the cards were arrogant, rude and unprofessional. I am taking this further.

Fast service. All credit to a guy by the name of Paul Larrigan, an employee of SASSA at the Walmer office who deals with SASSA clients in a very friendly, respectful and speedy manner. Loves to put on conversation too. Not sure about all employees there, but must give credit to the gentleman in question.

Never answers their phone.Staff spends more time on their phones than helping people.Chairs are broken but still have to sit on them.
