Chris was very helpful with the questions that I had regarding the Ajax Alarm system. I found his answers knowledgeable and insightful. He helped me to make the final decision with regard to the products I needed. He also followed up after the purchase to offer help if I had any issues installing the system. I found his follow up a refreshing change. Chris at Amatron exceeded my expectations when it came to customer service.

Ajax is a wonderful alarm system. It’s easy to install (DIY, really) as there are no wires. It survives load shedding and has no false alarms. Then, Chris gives technically sound AND honest advice. He won’t sell you stuff you might not need.

LOVE my Ajax system! I ordered an Ajax kit on Thursday afternoon, and Amatron shipped it immediately - so it arrived the next day. It took me a few hours on Friday night to install everything.The Ajax App experience is excellent - the software is very well done. And the hardware is great quality too, much attention to detail, and high quality moulding, packaging, etc. It's more expensive than older kit like Paradox, but IMO 100% worth it. I ordered two remotes, but I hardly use them. The phone app is so convenient, I just use that to arm/disarm (from anywhere). On my previous system, I would never arm at night, but Ajax makes it super easy to setup your sensors for night mode, so my alarm is used every day now. Highly recommended.
