We have been protected by Nyati Security since March this year and I have been more than impressed with their service, They offered Armed response and 24 hour protection of my business premises, After three local security firms used in the last 10 years - I have never been so impressed with a security company as I am with these guys, Every member I have had the pleasure to deal with very is well disciplined and friendly, An unexpected fire in our workshop during the early hours of the morning in April this year was detected by their alert officer on patrol, and he reported it to their control room who in turn summoned the Fire brigade. On arrival at the workshop their officer was on hand and assisted us to get into the dark workshop engulfed by flames,- so that me and my son could proceed inside to fight the blaze with fire extinguishers, he assisted me in getting out when I was overcome by smoke he then stayed there well after the fire dept had doused the last embers, at this point I was pleasantly surprised to find their commander Ben Bester on the scene at that time of the morning -who then insisted I seek medical attention for smoke inhalation - he immediately arranged for a temporary security system to be installed until the new system could be fitted. I have since had a full CCTV security system installed by the technical department of Nyati Security and everything is working fantastic with a good quality system that was supplied at very short notice. These guys come highly reccommended, - a rare find of customer service these days

I inherited the company from the previous owner. Am not impressed with the service I'm receiving lately. Inyathi installed my electric fence before I even bought the house, they've recently changed my gate motor. The phones go unanswered at the office, when they're eventually answered the technicians never get back to me. The cellphone number used by the technicians also goes unanswered and they also don't return calls its been 3 weeks I've been trying to get someone over to my house.
